Δεν υπάρχει μουσική
δίχως σιωπές.
Κι αν δεν μπορείς να τις δεις
θ’ ακούσεις μόνο θόρυβο.
Έτσι είναι και η ανθρωπότητα.
Οι άνθρωποι είναι οι σιωπές τους.
Και χάνονται μέσα στο θόρυβο της κοινωνίας
αν δεν παίξουν οι χορδές του χρόνου.
Θα το θυμάσαι την επόμενη φορά
ή θα περιμένεις και πάλι
να πεθάνω μία δεύτερη φορά
για ν’ ακούσεις τη σιωπή του ρέκβιεμ;
δίχως σιωπές.
