Μου ζήτησες να μην ασχοληθώ πια με τα προβλήματα της ανθρωπότητας.
Έχεις δίκιο η ζωή είναι πιο σημαντική
και η ανθρωπότητα τόσο αφαιρετική.
Μόνο που όταν βλέπω αυτό το παιδί,
το συγκεκριμένο που πέθανε
επειδή κάποιος αποφάσισε ότι έπρεπε
δεν θα πρέπει να κάνουμε κάτι γι’ αυτό;
Όταν θα έχεις παιδιά κι εσύ
αν κάποιος τους κάνει κακό
δεν θα ζητήσεις βοήθεια;
Τότε θα είμαι και πάλι κοντά σου
να κάνω αυτό που θεωρείς άχρηστο τώρα.

You are right life is more important
and the humanity is so deductive.
It’s just that whenever I see this child,
this specific child who died
because somebody decided that it must,
shouldn’t we do something about it?
When you have your own children
if somebody hurts them
won’t you ask for help?
Then I will be beside you again
to do what you now deem useless.

Маєш рацію, життя є важливіше
і людськість втрачається.
Тільки як бачу цю дитину,
оцю, що померла,
тому що хтось ухвалив, що треба,
не мусимо зробити щось для цього?
Коли будеш мати своїх дітей
і хтось їм завдасть кривди
ти не попросиш допомоги?
Тоді я буду знову поряд
Робитиму те, що ти вважаєш марним зараз.

Tu m’as demandé de ne plus m’occuper des problèmes de l’humanité.
Tu as raison, la vie est plus importante
et l’humanité si abstraite.
Seulement quand je vois cet enfant,
celui qui est mort précisément
car quelqu’un a décidé qu’il le fallait
ne faudrait-il pas que nous fassions quelque chose pour lui ?
Quand tu auras des enfants toi aussi
si quelqu’un leur fait du mal
ne demanderas-tu pas de l’aide ?
Alors je serai de nouveau à tes côtés
pour faire ce que tu juges inutile maintenant.
